Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 20, 2026
1. Who we are and what this covers
This Privacy Policy describes how OppKo LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (together with its affiliates and parent company, collectively “OppKo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information in connection with The Intel Club, our websites (including theintelclub.com), and the related briefings and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. This includes:
- account and profile details such as your name, email address, organization, and role;
- the businesses, markets, competitors, people, and topics you ask us to monitor, and any preferences, questions, or instructions you submit through our intake and the Service;
- billing information, which is processed by our third-party payment processor (we do not store full card numbers); and
- communications you send us, including support requests and feedback.
Information we collect automatically. When you use the Service, we and our providers collect device, browser, and usage information — such as IP address, identifiers, pages and links viewed, referring pages, and interactions — using cookies and similar technologies, as well as server log data.
Information from other sources. To build and enrich briefings and to operate our business, we collect information from publicly available and third-party sources — including public records, websites, news, social and other online sources, and data, analytics, enrichment, and marketing providers — and we may combine it with the information above.
3. How we use information
We use information for the following purposes, and for any other purpose disclosed to you or compatible with the context in which it was collected:
- to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and support the Service;
- to compile, personalize, and deliver intelligence briefings and other content you request;
- to process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud;
- to research, analyze, develop, and improve our existing and new products, services, and features;
- to develop, train, fine-tune, and improve our and our providers’ models, algorithms, and automated and AI systems;
- to understand usage, perform analytics, and measure and improve performance;
- to communicate with you, including service messages and marketing or promotional communications where permitted by law;
- to protect our rights, safety, and property and those of our users and others, and to comply with legal obligations; and
- to create de-identified or aggregated data, which we may use and disclose for any purpose.
4. Automated processing and AI
The Service relies on automated processing and artificial intelligence, including large language models, to analyze information and generate briefings. We and our service providers may use the information you provide, the content we generate, and your interactions to operate, evaluate, and improve these systems. Automated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; see the disclaimer in our Terms of Service.
5. How we share information
We may share information:
- with service providers and subprocessors who perform functions on our behalf — such as hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, analytics, communications, and AI and data providers — under obligations consistent with this policy;
- with our affiliates and OppKo group companies for the purposes described here;
- in connection with a business transaction such as a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets;
- to comply with law or valid legal process, to enforce our terms, and to protect rights, safety, and property; and
- with your direction or consent.
We may also create and share de-identified or aggregated information — which does not identify you — for any purpose, including research, analytics, product development, and commercial purposes.
6. Cookies and analytics
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, secure the Service, and measure usage.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for our legitimate business purposes — including to develop and improve our products, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations — after which we delete or de-identify it. De-identified and aggregated information may be retained and used indefinitely.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices
You can update your account information at any time, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link included in those messages. Where applicable law gives you rights regarding your personal information, contact us at hello@theintelclub.com and we will respond as that law requires.
10. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
11. International users and data transfers
We operate in the United States, and the information we handle may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
12. Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This policy does not apply to them, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and take other reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
